Jesus’ example of leadership:
In only three years, Jesus defined a mission and carried it out. Here are some of the things he accomplished.
He recruited and motivated twelve ordinary men into an extraordinary team.
His corporate culture is built around concern and care for others.
His thoughts and words are solution oriented, not problem prone.
He stresses teamwork, promoting a spirit of cooperation among His followers
He promoted a healthy sense of competition among the disciples against a standard of excellence to achieve fullness of the mission.
Jesus won glory and honor because of His strongest leadership trait: the servant attitude; cultivating a supportive role that puts self-serving interests and ego gratification aside.
